In your first Pilates session we will discuss your background, any conditions/restrictions/injuries etc. and your goals. In this 1:1 setting, we go through foundational Pilates movements, adapted to your comfort and ability. (Notes are recorded in order to understand your body and to construct a roadmap to your goals) This is your opportunity to participate in a method that will address your individual needs. Whether that is rehabilitation, back pain, pregnancy or training for a marathon!
