Service Description

In your first Pilates session we will discuss your experiences, goals and how you are currently moving. Following your discussion, we go through foundational Pilates movements adapted to your comfort and ability. Pilates can be shaped to fit you, exactly as you are. This will help me understand how your body moves so I can plan your next session accordingly. This is your opportunity to participate in a method that will address your individual needs. Whether that is rehabilitation, back pain, pregnancy or training for a marathon! Tailored Pilates sessions will step you forward towards your goals and you will discover more about yourself along the way.
