ABOUT

Pilates is not just an exercise session where you rush through reps. Unfortunately, you will not change much like that… If you would like to achieve more than you believe, this Pilates practice can help you get there.

At this studio you will learn how to be intuitive and mindful with your body.  You will learn about how your body currently moves and where we can take it further. Step by step you will gain strength, mobility and freedom in your body. This is vital if you want to be functioning at your best state.

With personal guidance we can tailor for anyone. I have worked with many different bodies, from the elderly with arthritis, prenatal women, professional athletes, rehabilitation clients and many more. You are all very welcome at this studio.
